A fusion of color, texture and taste, this fish curry is simply delicious. To prepare, heat oil in a pan and then add ginger, garlic paste, brown onions, coconut milk or whipped yogurt and Kausar’s blend of spices. Simmer till the flavors release that enchanting aroma and then add the fish. Cook on low heat till the fish is tender. Dont stair instead carefully and slowly shake the pot so that fish is evenly coated with rich creamy curry. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with hot rice.
