
Enhance the flavor of your regular homemade meat and potato curry with simply adding Kausar’s spice mix when cooking. This would not just give the dish a new flavor but also that bright glossy color. When served with fluff long grain white rice and pickle, the dish is sure to be enjoyed by all.

- 500 gms cube pieces of Mutton / Beef
- 3 finely chopped Onions
- 1 finely chopped Tomato
- 1 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Kausar Garlic Paste
- 1 cup Ghee / Oil
- 1 packet Kausar Meat masala
Method:
- Heat ghee or oil in a deep pot. Add ginger, garlic paste, onions and tomatoes. Fry for a few minutes till they soften.
- Add Kausar Meat Curry mix and meat pieces. Fry for a few minutes till the meat is well coated and the oil separates.
- Now add potato pieces and a few slit green chillies if desired. Stir and add 4 cups of water.
- Cover and cook till the meat is tender and the gravy is of desired consistency.
