
Served in all desi restaurants around the world, this dish is a true delight. Chicken cubes marinated in Kausar’s ginger spice and yogurt mixture are cooked in semi-dry buttery tomato and onion gravy. Garnished with thinly sliced ginger strands, green chillies and coriander leaves this dish is served with garlic nan.

- 1 kg boneless cubes / 8-10 pieces of Chicken
- 2 tbsp Plain Yogurt
- 1/2 Onion finely chopped
- 1 finely chopped Tomato
- 3 inch long thin julienne strips of fresh Ginger
- 3 Green Chillies slit length wise
- 1 tbsp chopped Green Coriander
- 1/2 cup Oil / Ghee
- 3 tbsp melted Butter
- 1 Packet of Kausar Chicken Ginger masala
Method:
- Mix Kausar Chicken Ginger mix with yogurt and apply to the chicken cubes. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat oil and fry onions till they change color then add tomatoes and fry a few minutes till oil separates.
- Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry for 5 minutes. Then add half a cup of water, cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes.
- Add butter and remove from the heat. Garnish with ginger and Serves 6-8 serve.
