
A creative twist on traditional qorma, this dish is equally flavorsome and beautiful. Simply cook the chicken pieces in a ginger, garlic paste, yogurt and Kausar’s green masala till oil separates and chicken is well cooked. Add roasted almonds and serve with hot garlic or plain nan.

- 8-10 pieces of Chicken
- 1 tbs Kusar Garlic Paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
- 2 cups Whipped Yogurt
- 1/2 cup Ghee / Oil
- 1 packet Kausar Green Qorma masala
Method:
- Heat ghee / oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic paste and meat pieces. Fry for a few minutes and then add yogurt and Kausar Green Qorma masala. Fry further till the meat is well coated and the oil separates.
- Add sufficient amount of water and cook the meat on low heat till its tender and the gravy is smooth and thick.
