
A typical Punjabi breakfast dish, round thinly sliced potatoes are boiled with chopped tomatoes and Kausar’s spices on medium heat. Occasionally stirred and lightly mashed, the mixture is cooked to take on a curry like texture. With green chillies, fresh coriander leaves added to the curry, the dish is served with fluffy puri, tangy raw mango or spicy carrot pickle and golden suji ka halwa.

- 1 kg Potatoes peeled and cut into round slices
- 2 finely chopped Tomatoes
- 3 finely chopped Green ChilliesÂ
- 1/2 packet of Kausar Aloo Bhujiya masala
Method:
- In a pot add 4-5 glasses of water, potatoes, tomatoes and Kausar Aaloo Bhujia Masala. Boil on medium heat until the potatoes are tender and stir occasionally. Add green chillies and coriander leaves. Stir and mash few potatoes to thicken the gravy before serving. the heat.
