
Simply delicious, this lip smacking treat is irresistible. Flavored or battered fried in Kausa’ s spice mix, chicken broast is best enjoyed when served crispy golden brown with fries and tomato ketchup.

Ingredietns
- 8-10 pieces of Chicken washed and drained
- 3 cups of Oil for frying
- 1 packet of Kausar Chicken Broast masala
Method: Spicy Broast
- Boil or steam the chicken pieces for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
- Remove from heat, drain and sprinkle Kausar Chicken Broast masala evenly all over the chicken pieces and set aside to cool / refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
- Then heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces on high heat until crisp and golden.
Method: Extra Crispy Broast
Follow the directions given above in step 1.
- Meanwhile, take additional ingredients, 1/2 cup crushed Potato Chips, 1/2 cup crushed Corn Flakes and mixed together and set aside.
- Now add Kausar Chicken Broast masala in 1/2 cup of cold water to make a thin paste. Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and roll each piece in the Corn Flakes and Potato Chips mixture.
- Deep fry until golden and crisp.
