Made from ripe pepper berries, White Pepper unlike its black counterpart has a mild and
musty flavor. Mainly used in French cuisine, Kausar’s White Pepper can be used as seasoning
over a bowl of hot soup, thin crust pizza or scrumptious red sauce penne pasta.
- 500-750 gms cubes of Chicken / Goat / Cow Liver
- 1 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Kausar Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Ghee / Butter
- 1 packet Kausar Liver Curry masala
