- 500-750 gms cubes of Chicken / Goat / Cow Liver
- 1 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
- 2 tbsp Kausar Garlic Paste
- 1/2 cup Ghee / Butter
- 1 packet Kausar Liver Curry masala
