Most common snack prepared during Ramadan and the monsoon season, this scrumptious snack is a test of ones glutery nature. Simply empty Kausar’s Pakora Mix in a deep bowl and add water to blend it to a smooth paste. Add chopped coriander leaves and green chillies and mix well. Once the batter is ready you can now add / dip either round thinly sliced potatoes, eggplant, onion rings, boneless chicken cubes, finger fish, spinach leaves, any and everything that you can think of and just deep fry in hot oil. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney, this tasty snack leaves you wanting for more.
