
A creative burst of mild spices yet appetizing flavors, Kausar’s white karahi seasoning is a true delight. Simply add the spice mix to meat with green chillies and ginger, garlic paste. Leave to marinate for some time. Then cook the meat on a low flame till water is reduced and meat is tender. A few drops of lemon, thinly sliced green chilies and coarsely chopped coriander leaves, the dish is ready to be served with hot naan or chapatti.

- 8-10 pieces of Chicken
- 1-2 tbsp of Green Chilli Paste
- 6-8 thickly chopped Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
- 5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp coarsely Green Coriander
- 50 gms Whipped Yogurt
- 1 cup Ghee / Oil
- 1 packet Kausar White Karahi masala
Method:
- Marinate the chicken pieces in Kausar White Karahi Masala with green chilli paste, ginger paste and yogurt in half a cup of water. Set aside for 30 minutes.
- In a wok heat oil and cook the marinated chicken for 15 minutes on low flame till the chicken is tender.
- Add green chillies, lemon juice and stir well. Cook for another 5 minutes on high flame.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
