
A great combination of tender cooked meat pieces and colorful vegetables, this is a complete meal in itself. Kausar’s special seasoning gives the dish that zesty yet mild spice flavoring that enhances texture and taste. With a few drops of lemon and coriander leaves, this dish is beautiful and ready to be enjoyed with hot home made chapatti and mango pickle.

- 500 gms boneless cubes of Mutton / Beef
- 2 cups Assorted Vegetables
- 2 finely chopped Onions
- 2 finely chopped Tomatoes
- 1 cup Ghee / Oil
- 3-4 tbsp of Kausar Meat & Vegetable masala
Method:
- Heat ghee / oil in a pan and fry the onions and tomatoes till they soften. Add Kausar Meat & Vegetable masala and fry for 1 2minutes. Now add the meat pieces and stir-fry for a few minutes till the oil separates.
- Pour 3 cups of water, cover and cook on low flame till the meat is tender.
- Then add assorted vegetables and stir well so that all the contents are well mixed. Simmer on high heat for a few minutes till it transforms into a semi-dry gravy.
