
A popular Mughal cuisine dish served in many restaurants around the world can now easily be enjoyed at home. With Kausar’s special spice mix, home made keema takes on a whole new flavor. Served with hot chapatti and green chilli pickle, this dish is a royal treat.

- 1 kg minced meat of Beef / Mutton
- 4 finely chopped Onions
- 11/2 tbsp peeled and crushed Garlic
- 2 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
- 3-4 finely chopped Green Chillies
- 1 cup Ghee / Oil
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 packet of Kausar Kachree Keema masala
Method:
- In a pan add heat ghee / oil and fry onion slices for 10 minutes. Now add minced meat, crushed garlic, ginger paste and Kausar Kachree Qeema masala. Fry for a few minutes till all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Add 1-2 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes or until the keema is well cooked.
- Once the oil starts to separate, add green chillies and stir well. Remove from the heat and serve.
