A creative twist on traditional qorma, this dish is equally flavorsome and beautiful. Simply cook the chicken pieces in a ginger, garlic paste, yogurt and Kausar’s green masala till oil separates and chicken is well cooked. Add roasted almonds and serve with hot garlic or plain nan.

8-10 pieces of Chicken
1 tbs Kusar Garlic Paste
1 1/2 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
2 cups Whipped Yogurt
1/2 cup Ghee / Oil
1 packet Kausar Green Qorma masala
Method:
Heat ghee / oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic paste and meat pieces. Fry for a few minutes and then add yogurt and Kausar Green Qorma masala. Fry further till the meat is well coated and the oil separates.
Add sufficient amount of water and cook the meat on low heat till its tender and the gravy is smooth and thick.
