
A modern representation of Pakistani cuisine, the dish is not just enjoyed locally, its also one of the most popular dishes served in South Asian restaurants around the world. Cubes of chicken are first marinated in Kausar’s spice mix and then fried in a spicy thick sauce till tender. Tomatoes, capsicum, onions and chillies are tossed in that gives the dish a beautiful ray of colors. Served along side fluffy white rice, the dish is simple yet scrumptious.

- 1 kg boneless cubes of Chicken
- 750 gms chopped Tomatoes
- 250 gms 1-inch cubes of Tomatoes (deseeded)
- 2 Onions cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 Green Capsicums cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 Green Capsicums cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 Green Capsicums cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 packet of Kausar Jalfrezi masala
Method:
- Mix Kausar Chicken Jalfrezi mix in half cup of water and apply to the chicken cubes. Marinate
for 30 minutes. - Boil the 750 gms chopped tomatoes in 1-2 cups of water for 10 minutes or till soft and tender.
Sieve and remove skin and seeds. Keep this tomato puree aside. - Heat oil and add the marinated chicken cubes and stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Then add the
tomato puree, cover and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. - Add cubes of onions, capsicum, tomatoes, slit green chillies and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes
and remove from the heat.
