
This dish is an amalgamation of flavor, aroma and texture. An intense Lamb or Goat meat savory-sweet broth is prepared with Kausar’s seasoning along with whole spices that gradually seep through the layer of rice and caramelized onions spreading tributaries of flavor throughout dish. Complemented with tangy pickle, garnished with roasted cashews and almonds, every bite of this dish is a magical experience.

- 1 kg cube pieces of Mutton / Lamb / Beef
- 1/2 kg Basmati Rice soaked in 2-3 cups of water for
- 30 minutes
- 3 finely sliced Onions
- 1 tbsp Kausar Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Kausar Garlic Paste
- 1 cups of Ghee / Oil
- 1 packet of Kausar Yakhni Pulao masala
Method:
- Fry onions in hot oil or ghee till golden brown and then set aside.
- In a large pot heat ghee or oil. Add ginger, garlic paste, meat pieces and Kausar Yakhni Pulao masala. Fry for a few minutes and then add sufficient amount of water to boil the meat over low heat.
- Once the meat is tender, stir in the soaked rice and fried onions in the flavorsome broth. Cover and cook over low heat till the water evaporates and rice well cooked and fluff.
