This dish is unlike any other biryanis. Saffron rice is layered over the appetizing-thick Goat meat curry. Fresh green mint, coriander leaves and finely slit green chillies along with roasted Kausar spices are also added. The dish is beautifully garnished with caramelized onions, golden raisins and almond slivers. Widely enjoyed in all parts of the county, the dish is also served on all flights of Pakistan International Airlines.
