
For all barbecue lovers, this scrumptious kabab is unlike any. Minced meat is marinated with Kausar’s aromatic spices, ginger-garlic paste, raw papaya paste and for that extra flavor, finely chopped coriander and green chilies can also be added. The mixture is the threaded on skewers and grilled till it takes on the golden red color of the tikka and the tender texture of the seekh kabab. Served hot with green chutney, this dish is truly lip-smacking.

- 1 Kg minced meat of Beef / Chicken / Mutton
- 200 gms Raw Papaya Paste
- 11/2 tsp Kausar Garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Kausar Ginger Pack
- 1/2 Cup Ghee / Oil
- 1 Packet of Kausar Tikka Seekh Kabab masala
Method
- Add Kausar Tikka Seekh Kabab masala to 1 cup water. In a large bowl add the minced meat, ginger and garlic paste, raw papaya and then pour the masala mixture. Combine all the ingredients and set aside for 3-4hours.
- Shape the kabab by molding some mince mixture around a skewer about 4 inches in length and then place on coal fire or grill oven to roast till tender.
- Brush the kabab with oil / ghee for that fiery red-orange color.
